Abstract

This research has a theme more focused on the events that occurred when the
government emerged with one of the most violent policies in history. For this research,
the researcher used the hypothetical-deductive method, starting from the general idea
that: sometimes the dominant class uses the State to maintain its privileges. The
conclusion of this research is that in Germany there was before an economic and social
crisis that fomented a popular revolt, with such danger it encouraged and supported
fascist leaders and dictatorships, using the very institutions of law to establish a
dictatorship.
