Abstract

Abstract

This article seeks to analyze the changes made to security in the recent Law 14.597 of June 14, 2023, and expose the general picture of violence in football. In addition, it identifies the different types of violence practiced and how each of them was dealt with in previous laws, how they will be dealt with now and the behavior of the courts in decisions regarding this issue, as well as advances and misunderstandings promoted by the new General Law of Sport.
