The phenomenon of fast fashion promotes a culture of rapid and superficial consumption, reflecting the dynamics of contemporary consumption models. In this context, the implications for conscious consumption become evident, as fast fashion encourages unsustainable practices that overlook the social and environmental impacts of clothing production and disposal. It is emphasized that the focus of this research seeks to answer the question: what are the implications of fast fashion for promoting conscious consumption? To address this issue, a descriptive study was conducted to observe, record, and analyze the problem, using the deductive method to examine existing theories and thus reach specific conclusions about the need for a more responsible and sustainable consumption model.
