Abstract

This article examines free electoral advertising within the context of the Brazilian electoral process, emphasizing its importance in promoting equity and transparency in elections. A deductive methodology is employed to explore the legal and practical foundations of this mechanism, focusing on three main aspects: the difference between political pluralism and party plurality, electoral advertising itself, and equal conditions in the electoral process. By exploring these issues, the article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of free electoral advertising in strengthening Brazilian democracy.
