The global increase in the number of refugee children highlights the urgent need to protect their human rights due to the violence, exploitation, and discrimination they face. Analyzing this protection through the lens of International Human Rights Law is crucial, as it establishes standards to safeguard dignity and equality. Protection is a State obligation, especially with the high number of refugee children, requiring measures to ensure their rights. The international community and States must focus on protecting these children, in accordance with International Law guidelines, to secure a dignified future. This research discusses the protection of refugee children's rights and the importance of integrated public policies. The deductive method was used to reach specific conclusions based on general theories.
