Abstract

The problem developed in this research is based on theanalysis of the assumption of this project with the normativebias being the in-depth study of Art. 244 and 647 of the Codeof Criminal Procedure and why it is vilified and how its use isfundamental to guarantee the main right stipulated by theConstitution, free will, the right to come and go.
