The digital transformation, driven by the popularization of the internet and new technologies, presents significant challenges for the challenges for the law, especially for the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). This federal agency faces issues such as the backlog of processes in granting trademarks and patents, as well as the difficulty in monitoring the dissemination of data in cyberspace. Against this backdrop, this research adopts an interdisciplinary and exploratory approach, using the deductive and qualitative method, with a focus on bibliographic and documentary sources. The aim of this study is to analyze the regulation of Industrial Property in the digital age, identifying the current era, identifying current challenges and proposing adjustments to public policies. The research explores the use of new technologies, with an emphasis on blockchain, as a solution for improving the management of industrial property and stimulating innovation and economic development.
